Bundeskanzleramt is the Austrian Federal Chancellery. The Federal Ministry for Arts, Culture, Civil Service and Sport (BMKOES, formerly known as BKA), which is one of twelve departments, is the primary municipal source of arts and culture funding in Austria and in supporting Austrian and Austrian-based artists abroad. Division IV: Arts and Culture and specifically departments 5 (literature and publishing) and 6 (visual arts, architecture, design, fashion, photography, video and media arts) have been great supporters of several independent projects and some long-term research-based initiatives by Blood Mountain. www.bmkoes.gv.at
