Nationalfonds (The National Fund of the Republic of Austria) for Victims of National Socialism was established in 1995 to express Austria’s special responsibility towards victims of National Socialism. It renders payments to victims of National Socialism, in particular to those who had previously received little or no compensation; to those in need of special assistance and those whose personal circumstances warrant relief. It also supports arts and culture projects, which support the above remit. www.nationalfonds.org
