Paola Antonelli

Paola Antonelli is director of research and development, and senior curator in the department of Architecture and Design at The Museum of Modern Art (New York). Since 2020 and alongside Alice Rawsthorn, Paola spearheads Design Emergency, a digital forum addressing critical issues of design and society. From 2000 to 2001 Paola was Jade Niklai’s supervisor as chief curator of the Workspheres exhibition, where Jade provided research and curatorial support. Paola is credited with igniting Jade’s early interest in cross-disciplinary discourse and for setting gold standards in best curatorial practice.  www.paolantonelli.com, design.emergency
