Hannah Starkey was Blood Mountain’s sixth artist-in-residence and first in Vienna, Austria. It was her first invitation and visit to Central Europe. Following a research trip in spring 2017, the artist returned for the summer to explore representations of women in today’s Viennese society. The works remain unpublished.
